At network-switch, we stand by the quality of our networking hardware and offer a 30-day return window for all enterprise and consumer electronics. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all documentation and hardware accessories included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for the specific networking unit.

• 2.
  Prepare Hardware for Shipping

  Carefully pack the switch or router in its original anti-static bag and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Once your RMA is approved, print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of the shipping carton.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the hardware for serial number verification and functionality before processing your refund back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
